Bedford Woman Arrested After Several 911 Calls Reported Drunk Driver

(BEDFORD) - A Beford woman was arrested after police received several 911 calls reporting a possible drunk driver.

According to the Bedford Police log, 911 calls were received at the department around 10:49 p.m. reporting a person driving a blue van traveling south on Ind. 37 was "all over the road." The van was then reported to have turned onto Fifth Street.

Police stopped the van near Shorty's Den.

They arrested 34-year-old Cheryl Wilson, of 623 H Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15 or above.
