(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police arrested two men Saturday for dealing in marijuana within 1000 feet of a Housing Complex.
30-year-old Raymond Yelladay of Washington was also arrested for possession of marijuana, resisting law enforcement, battery on a police officer, visiting a common nuisance, and obstruction of justice.
25-yar-old Kevin Flax of Washington is facing additional charges of possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.
Flax is being held without bond in the Daviess Security Center. Bond for Yelladay was set at $19,000.
