(BEDFORD) - Super Oldies and the Community Health and Wellness Center will be holding the Fun and Fitness Expo on Saturday, April 13th from Noon to 4pm in the BNL Auxiliary Gym.
This event is a fundraiser for a Fetal Doppler for the Wellness Center and is intended to raise awareness for all persons on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
The Fun and Fitness Expo is free to attend and will include free Demo's in dance, physical fitness, martial arts and gymnastics. Concessions will be available with all proceeds benefiting the Wellness Center.
