Loogootee Teen Killed In Crash

(ALFORDSVILLE) - A Loogootee teen was killed after he crashed his car Saturday night.

The accident happened on County Road 650 South, just east of County Road 1300.
According to Martin County Deputy Lucas Harmon, 19-year-old Nataneil J. Schuetz was trapped inside the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Martin County Deputy Coroner Mike Strawn at 8:40 p.m.

According to police three other passengers, 19-year-old Colten Davis, 20-year-old Corbin Wildman and 18-year-old Dirk Fahey, are all listed in stable condition.

Harmon says the accident is under investigation.

Harmon says alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident.

Assisting at the scene were Dubois County EMS, Alforsville Fire Department, Sgt. Keith Keller, Deputy Mike Hansleman and ISP Trooper Brock Werne.
