(WASHINGTON) - A former Washington City Police officer was arrested Monday on a warrant.
28-year-old Kyle Babrick went to the Daviess County Security and turned himself in.
He was wanted on a warrant for invasion of privacy.
After being booked he was released on bond and gave permission for police to go to his residence and search for weapons.
The weapons were secured and Babrick was told not to attempt to retrieve the weapons until given permission by the court.
Babrick's court day on the invasion of privacy warrant arrest was set for April 30th.
