(FAYETTEVILLE) - A Fayetteville woman called police at 2:38 a.m. on Sunday to report someone had entered her home while she slept and took her purse.
According to the Lawrence County Police log, the woman who lives in Woodview Estates, told police she was asleep when the incident happened and when she woke she found her back door propped open and her purse missing.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
