(COLUMBUS) - The second largest manager of commercial retail property in the country is trying to evict a local ice cream store.
The New York-based Brixmor Property Group says Sachleben Realty, operator of the Dairy Queen on North National Road, owes almost $44,000 in rent.
The two sides are scheduled to present their case to Judge James Worton March 29.
