(BEDFORD) - The following is a detailed plan for tonight’s Community Pep Session/Recognition for the state champion Lady Stars at BNL Fieldhouse:
6:15 - 6:30 p.m.: Music plays as people enter the fieldhouse. Cheerleaders dance/tumbling.
6:30 - 6:35 p.m.: Pep Band plays the school song (handouts for fans with the words will be provided). Cheerleaders lead school song.
6:35 - 6:40 p.m.: BNL athletic director Jeff Callahan will welcome everyone to the event. Recap of the year Dr. Dennis Turner.
6:35 - 6:40 p.m.: Pep Band plays song with the end "GO STARS" and cheerleaders lead to say "State Champs" instead.
6:40 - 6:42 p.m.: Jeff Callahan will introduce Myron Rainey, the emcee of the ceremony.
6:42 - 6:45 p.m.: Myron Rainey will recap the year for him as the voice of the Stars.
6:45 p.m.: Introduction of speakers for the night, followed by coaches open mic with a few Q&A's and a players Q&A from Myron Rainey.
Pictures and autographs.
BNL players will sign autographs at tables around the gym (three per table) after the ceremony and fans may take a picture with the state championship trophy.
