Two Arrested After Police Get Call To Persimmon Park Apartments

(MITCHELL) - Two men were arrested after police received a call early Tuesday morning of suspicious people at Persimmon Park Apartments.

When police arrived they found several men in the parking lot in a vehicle.

Police arrested 18-year-old Skylar Schofield, of Bedford, on a charge of having meth within a 1,000 feet of a housing complex and 25-year-old Matthew Truelove, of Shoals on two warrants for failure to appear in court.

A third man was questioned but not arrested. A female juvenile was taken to the station and released to her parents.
