(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Junior/Senior High School Choirs are hosting their annual Solo
Spotlight concert on Thursday, February 21, 2013, in the Mitchell High School Auditorium.
There will be 13 soloists featured. Anna Beaty, a 6th Grader at MJHS and this years'
Persimmon Idol winner, will be performing "Because of You" and "Jesus Take
the Wheel".
Other MJHS soloists participating are Olivia Clark, Jennifer Haste, Ashley Livingston, Kyanna Livingston, Mason Mellott, Marah Pennington, Aradia Setlak, & Alexis Terry. MHS soloists include, Victoria Ellis, Hannah Irwin and Ashlan King accompanied by her father, Shawn King, on guitar and back-up vocals.
The cost of the concert is $2.00. Tickets will be sold at the door.
The doors will open at 6:30p.m. and the concert will begin promptly at 7 pm.
