(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Lawrence County Economic Growth Council and local Health and Wellness Partners to kick off Live Well Lawrence County on Saturday, March 2nd from 10 am to noon in the Chamber Conference Room.
The Challenge will run from Monday, March 4th through Sunday, April 21st.
Participants will receive free baseline evaluations and instruction from IU Health Bedford & St. Vincent Dunn, as well as instruction from various local fitness instructors.
Each Tuesday evening at 6 pm throughout the 6 week program, a different program will be presented at the Chamber conference room, featuring a health and wellness speaker and a healthy cooking demonstration.
