(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana State Police found a meth lab in the area of Louden and Howard roads in Bloomington Monday morning.
Troopers found mixed chemicals, precursors used to manufacture meth, powder that field tested positive for the drug and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 38-year-old Troy Dean Siniard, of Bloomington, Monday afternoon on charges of manufacturing meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia.
