(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after going to a home in the 200 block of 20th Street Thursday afternoon and causing a disturbance.
According to the Bedford Police log, 70-year-old James Duncan, of 2753 U.S. 50 East, was intoxicated and refusing to leave the home.
Police say Duncan was being difficult and would not leave the home. He also would not let the caller close the door.
Police arrested Duncan on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespass.
