Washington Man Arrested After Domestic Fight

(WASHINGTON) - A reported domestic dispute ended in an arrest for meth making in Washington Monday.

Police went to Greenwood Street after a caller reported a man was hitting her and had knives.

When police arrived they found 42-year-old Kelly Quiggins, who allegedly began fighting with police.

During the investigation, a meth lab and meth were found and the state police lab team was called in to assist. Quiggins was jailed for resisting law enforcement, criminal confinement, intimidation with a deadly weapon, and manufacturing meth within 1000 feet of public housing.

He is being held with no bond at the Daviess County Security Center.
