Shoals Woman Injured After Truck Flips

(MITCHELL) - A Shoals woman was injured after she flipped her truck on U.S. 50 West Monday afternoon.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 31-year-old Alisha Truelove was traveling west on U.S. 50 West when her truck began to fishtail and went off the south side of the highway.

The 2004 Ford F-250 hit an embankment, flipped and landed on its top.

Truelovecomplained of abdomen pain and pain to both her hands. She as taken to IU Health Hospital for treatment.

Her passenger, Thomas Truelove was not injured.
