(SALEM) - ISP Troopers and detectives from the Washington County Drug Task Force arrested 27-year-old Cassie Garrison, after police searched a search warrant at her apartment in the 400 block of Jackson Street in Salem Tuesday afternoon.
ISP Sgt. Jerry Goodin says, during the search police found heroin and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Garrison was charged with possession with the intent to deliver heroin, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
