(MITCHELL) - Mitchell Police arrested 31-year-old Brandon Herald, of Mitchell, early Saturday morning after he allegedly choked his girlfriend at his home on Kelso Road.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig say Police were called to the home after Herald and his girlfriend got into an argument and it became physical.
The woman was treated at the scene. Herald also attempted to stop the woman from making the 911 call to report the fight.
Herald was charged with domestic battery and interfering with a 911 call.
