(WASHINGTON) - At 7:10 p.m. Thursday evening, Washington Police Officers went to South East 11th Street near Griffith Elementary School and Hillside Manor Nursing Home after a report of a person with a gun in the area.

The caller told police they saw two people in a 4-door car go into a house on a corner near S.E. 11th Street.

When Washington Police Officers arrived they found Scott Andrew Bath and Collin William Allen. Allen told police he had been shooting rabbits at the radio tower next to Griffith School.
