(ORLEANS) - There will be a planning meeting for the 2013 Orleans Dogwood Festival at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 29 at the Orleans Town Hall.
All past event chairmen, community partners, and anyone who is interested in helping with this year's homecoming celebration are encouraged to attend.
This year's festival is set for April 27-May 4.
A theme for this year's festival is also needed. Send suggestions to the Orleans Chamber of Commerce at P.O. Box 9, Orleans, IN 47452, email them to historicorleans@netsurfusa.com or call the Chamber office and leave a message at 865-9930.
The author of the winning theme will receive $50, so be sure to include your contact information.
Deadline for submissions is Feb. 1.
