(BEDFORD) - 23-year-old Robert Davis, of Bloomington, was arrested early Sunday morning after he failed to stop for Lawrence County Police.
Sheriff Sam Craig says Davis was traveling at a high-rate of speed on Ind. 37 south and when an officer attempted to stop him, he fled and attempted to hide the vehicle.
Craig says the vehicle was located and Davis was found hiding inside. Police also found a small bag of marijuana in the vehicle.
Davis was arrested for driving while his driver's license was suspended with a prior conviction and resisting arrest by fleeing in a vehicle and possession of marijuana under 30 grams.
