(BEDFORD) - Bedford Federal Savings Bank reported another successful year in 2012.
Bank President Jack Kenworthy says that the bank will continue their commitment to make Bedford and Lawrence County a better place to live - through examples like the bank's recent commitment to the combined Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County.
"We remain steadfast in our desire to offer the best banking services to our customers, while supporting the needs of the community and remaining a mutually owned community bank," Kenworthy says.
The bank's donations to local groups and organizations in 2012 exceeded $54,000, a 35 percent increase from 2011.
