According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley officers received a 911 call at 12:12 a.m. Saturday reporting a woman was unresponsive in a vehicle parked in the 1800 block of 4th Street.

When police arrived, Williams was no breathing and officers performed CPR and used a defibulator on Williams to revive her.
