(MITCHELL) - There were eight entries in the Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce’s annual holiday lighting contest.
In the rural category the winners were Kevin and Letitia Pemberton, who decorated their Parks Implement Road home.
Second place went to Roger and Juanita Terry, of 150 Art Gallery Road and third place was given to Gary and Diana Rayhill, of 1844 Ind. 60 East.
In the city category Michael and Ashley Teague, at 1020 West Brook Street took first place.
The two first place winners received annual Department of Natural Resources park passes.
Other entries in the contest included: Sean Rayhill, 1581 Ind. 60 East; Nelson and Charla Terrell, 488 Dixie Highway; Doris Burcham, 620 Dixie Highway; and Mark and Susie Kern, 571 Southridge Drive.
