(BEDFORD) - No one was injured after a semi tractor-trailer crashed at the intersection of 18th and M streets Tuesday night.
According to a Bedford Police report, 58-year-old Robert Vincent, of Hanson, was traveling north on M Street and approaching the intersection at 18th Street, when he says a deer ran in front of his 2000 Peterbilt semi truck and trailer.
Vincent told police he slammed on his brakes and that is when the trailer jackknifed causing the trailer to dump its load all over the street and caused damage to the semi and trailer.
