(COLUMBUS) - Columbus police have arrested a 14-year-old teen who was seen in video beating up a Central Middle School student over a girl.
The incident took place last week and the video uploaded to social media.
LT Matt Myers says the video is very disturbing and shows the victim being punch repeatedly and kicked.
Myers says the teen arrested in the beating is facing a preliminary charge of battery resulting in injury and is at the Bartholomew County Youth Detention Center.
