(MORGANTOWN) - A Morgantown man was recently arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge after allegedly getting into a fight with his son at the man’s home on North Lasalle Road in Brown County.
Brown County Sheriff Rick Followell says when deputies arrived, they learned that 53-year-old Roger D. Felter had been in a fight with his son, Austin Smith.
After interviewing the two men and witnesses, deputies arrested Felter and took him to the Brown County Jail where he was remanded into custody without incident.
