(UNDATED) - All Washington City and Daviess County offices and departments will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
The City will not pick up trash, the city bus will not run, and the recycling centers will be closed.
Washington residents with scheduled Monday trash pick-up should have their trash ready for pick-up by 7 a.m. this Friday.
Those residents with normal Tuesday trash pick-up should have their trash ready for pick-up by 7 a.m. Wednesday, December 26.
Also all Daviess Community Hospital medical clinics and offices will close at noon on Christmas Eve and all day on Christmas Day.
This includes The Washington, Odon, and Loogootee Medical Clinics, and the offices of Dr. Morgan and Dr. Thorne. Daviess Community Hospital's Quick Care Clinic, located at 1805 State Road 57 South in Washington, will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve, but will be closed on Christmas Day.
