(TRAFALGAR) - Johnson County Prosecutor's Office says criminal charges could be dropped against a Trafalgar teen, who allegedly brought a gun onto Indian Creek High School property in August.

Police reported that 17-year-old Clayton Sleighter had a weapon as well as marijuana in his vehicle.

Prosecutor Bradley Cooper says the felony gun charge would be dropped if Sleighter decides to join the military.
