(BEDFORD) - 18-year-old Kade Grogan, of Bedford, was arrested after police received a call reporting a female juvenile was unresponsive and suffering possible seizures, but breathing.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig, officers, EMS and first responders were alerted to go to the intersection of Sand Pit Road and Church Camp Road Saturday night.
Craig says the girl and Grogan had been smoking spice and marijuana and drinking alcoholic beverages.
Grogan was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle under a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
