(BEDFORD) - 52-year-old Michael Martin, of Bedford, was arrested after police were called several times to an apartment in the 1100 block of 17th Street Tuesday.
Police began receiving calls at 9 a.m. reporting an intoxicated man was causing a disturbance.
Then again at 2:52 p.m. officers were called to the apartment. Police warned Martin, who was intoxicated to stay inside his apartment and to stop disturbing other residents. Martin failed to yield those warnings and officers were called again at 3:20 p.m., at which time Martin was being uncooperative and loud. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
