(WASHINGTON) - A man is in jail on multiple charges after he and a pregnant woman got into a fight at the Long John Silver’s restaurant in Washington.
Police received a phone call around 10:30 Sunday night reporting a fight in the lobby. When officers arrived they found a woman, who was six months pregnant, injured.
The woman received medical attention at the scene from Southwest Ambulance but refused to go to the hospital.
26-year-old David Thompson-Lemon, of Washington, was arrested and taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
He was charged with two counts of battery, battery resulting in severe bodily injury and public intoxication.
