(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce is partnering with North Lawrence Community Schools and the Bedford Public Library to encourage involvement of chamber members with elementary students.
The project calls for chamber members to volunteer to read to students in a school classroom for 30 minutes each time they volunteer.
Books will be provided by each elementary teacher.
This is an opportunity to motivate students, help teachers and affect education.
