Two Men Arrested On Drug Charges In Morgantown

(MORGANTOWN) - Two men were arrested on drug charges Saturday after Brown County Sheriff’s deputies went to an address in Morgantown to serve an arrest warrant.

Sheriff Rick Followell says 50-year-old John Allison, of Nashville, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction along with possession of paraphernalia and meth. And 32-year-old Jeremy Cox, of Flat Rock, was also arrested and charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and meth.

Followell says when deputies arrived to serve the warrant at 2566 Hornettown Road; they saw Allison drive into the driveway.

It was there deputies found the items he was charged with.

Cox also arrived on scene and was discovered having the items he was charged with as well.

Both men were lodged in the Brown County Jail.
