(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Community Public Library will host a family holiday festival from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 1.
Enjoy carols sung by the Orange County Players, craft an ornament for the library's trees, decorate cookies and record a holiday video to appear on the library's Facebook page. No registration is required.
The Friends of the Library $2 "Bag O' Books" sale ends Nov. 30. It's the last chance this year to browse the sale carts in the lower hallway.
Proceeds from the sale help support library programs such as the summer and winter reading programs.
