(HUNTINGBURG) - A Huntingburg man is charged with a Class D felony count of domestic battery after he alleged bit his wife during an argument the two had early Sunday morning.
Huntingburg police say the two were fighting in the parking lot behind the couple's apartment building in the 300 block of Geiger Street at about 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say 24-year old Brittany Fight had a bite mark on her face.
She told police it was from her husband who was located a short time later in the couple's nearby apartment.
25-year old Gary Hines was arrested. The charge is a Class D felony because a young child was present when Hines alleged bit his wife.
