Bedford Public Library Giving Tree Is Up And Waiting For Decorations

Last updated on Friday, November 16, 2012

(BEDFORD) - The annual Giving Tree is up at Bedford Public Library.

The Giving Tree collects new children's hats, gloves, scarves, and mittens that are distributed locally before the December holidays.

This year Bedford Public Library joins with Hoosier Uplands in their Socks for Seniors campaign, too. So The Giving Tree is also collecting socks in adult sizes which will be distributed to local nursing homes.

The Giving Tree stands on the Adult Services floor of Bedford Public Library.

You may hang your donations on the tree yourself or give them to any library staff member.

For more information, call Bedford Public Library at 275-4471.
