Davis was arrested at 5:48 p.m. Friday on a charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction after he was observed spinning his tires along State Road 250 in front of the fairgrounds before driving into Funfest.

He was released from Jackson County Jail on $705 bond later that evening.

Meyer was arrested at 7:19 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance after officers smelled burning marijuana coming from a trailer that Meyer was using at his campsite.
