(SPRINGVILLE) - A Springville teen was injured after she crashed the car she was driving into a tree Friday at 6:58 p.m.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, Savannah North Lucas, 19, was traveling east on Springville Judah Road when she lost control of the 1995 Buick LeSabre she was driving went off the southside of the road and hit a tree.
Officers say the wet road conditions contributed to the accident.
Lucas complained of leg pain and was taken to IU Health Hospital for treatment.
