Teen Arrested After Found Staggering In Alley

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police officers arrested a 17-year-old male after they found him walking in the alley behind Lincoln Plaza Intoxicated, Sunday.

Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says the department received a call at 3:51 p.m. reporting the teen was stumbling around.

Parsley says when officers arrived they found the teen staggering and could barely stand upright.

He was arrested and charged with illegal consumption and released to his aunt.
