(LINTON) - A warrant has been issued for a Jasonville man who is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.
34-year-old Dallas Gose is accused of having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl in June while swimming at Linton's A.M. Risher Pool and again behind Parkview Bowling Lanes.
The Greene County Daily World reports, adults and children witnessed the acts.
According to police the incidents occurred numerous times, but were reported to police on June 9th by pool officials.
The Department of Children Services is also investigating the case. On June 9, Gose allegedly became upset with pool lifeguards and officials who advised him that his behavior with the young girl was in violation of the pool's policy against public display of affection.
Linton police were called.
Several adult pool patrons had also complained to pool staff about the way the two were acting in the pool with small children present.
The girl told investigators that is when she and Gose left the pool and went behind the nearby bowling alley and had sex.
Gose and the girl both denied having sex in the pool, however multiple witnesses told police differently.
