(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was injured after he rear-ended another vehicle on Ind. 37 near Oak Lane, Friday at 1:44 p.m.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 29-year-old Michael Duncan was traveling north on Ind. 37 near Oak Lane when he glanced to look at a man mowing his lawn and didn't see 39-year-old Sheila Brewer, of Bedford, stop to make a turn onto Oak Lane.
Duncan's 2002 General Motors Sierra truck hit the rear of Brewer's 2007 Dodge Caliber.
After contract, Duncan's truck went off the left side of the roadway, hit an embankment, rolled and hit a tree.
Duncan suffered a cut to his head and finger. Brewer was not injured.
