(MITCHELL) - 35-year-old Michael Canfield, of Mitchell, is facing several charges after allegedly violating terms of his house arrest.
Canfield was arrested Monday on warrants charging him with evading the jurisdiction of the court, motion to revoke probation, petition to revoke probation and escape.
Sherriff Sam Craig says the charges stem from Canfield, who was on house arrest, violating the terms of the agreement with the court.
