(MITCHELL) - 33-year-old Jerold W. Leatherman, of Mitchell, has been charged with armed robbery and was taken to the Lawrence County Jail at 12:50 p.m. Monday.
He is being held on a $5,000 cash bond.
According to Mitchell Police Chief Mike Hardman, Leatherman is accused of entering 60's Eastside gas station just before 8 a.m. Monday and taking money and cigarettes.
