Man Arrested After Passing Out At Restaurant

(BEDFORD) - 28-year-old Michael Lipscomb, of Bedford, was arrested after he went to Steak 'N Shake became loud and belligerent and was running into chairs and tables.

Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says, Lipscomb was harassing the customers. When police arrived around 12:17 a.m. Thursday they found Lipscomb passed out in a chair.

"Officers had a hard time getting him awake," Parsley says. "Once they did, they arrested and charged him with public intoxication and took him to jail."
