(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police arrested 23-year-old Jeffery Henderson, of Bedford, after police say he was at CVS Pharmacy took a bottle of alcohol off the shelf and then went into the restroom early Friday morning.
Police were notified about a possible intoxicated man at CVS at 10:52 p.m. Thursday.
When police arrived Henderson was in the restroom with a bottle of alcohol.
Henderson was arrested and charged with theft and public intoxication. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail at 12:10 a.m. Friday.
