(WASHINGTON) - Rodney Kessler, 26, of Evansville, was arrested Thursday by Washington Police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
David Powers called from the McDonald's drive-thru, on East National Highway, saying someone in a red Chevrolet pickup was against his back bumper pushing his vehicle.
Kessler was taken to the Daviess County Security Center and being held on a $2,000 bond.
