(WASHINGTON) - Alan Smith, 25, Washington, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday, by city police following a traffic stop.
A police K-9 was used and detected marijuana in the vehicle.
Smith was arrested for two counts of possession of marijuana and was taken to the Daviess County Security Center. He was being held on $4,000 bond.
