(BEDFORD) - Kevin Burk of Burkwood Hills requested the commissioner to lower his performance bond for his subdivision off Washboard Road.
The current bond was for $116,000 the bond was lowered to $45,000 the cost of completing the paving in the subdivision.
Burk told the commissioners the paving will be completed this fall and the subdivision would be finished.
