(DUGGER) - Indiana State Police detectives are looking for 24-year-old James Gardner, of Elnora, who is accused of allegedly punching 51-year-old Richard Pigg, during an altercation on September 1st at the Uptown Tavern in Dugger.

After being punched in the side of the head, Pigg fell and hit his head on the floor of the tavern and later died from his injuries at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Gardner is on a Sullivan County Superior Court warrant for involuntary manslaughter.

However police have not been able to locate Gardner.

Gardner is described as a white male, 5 feet, 9 inches in height, weighs 220 pounds with blue eyes, brown hair and a muscular build.

Police say he is considered dangerous and should only be approached by law enforcement personnel. Gardner is confirmed through the Indiana Department of Correction as a Saxon Knights gang member and doesn't respond well to authority.
