(ORLEANS) - Safe Kids Orange County is sponsoring “Walk to School Day” for school-age children to help promote pedestrian safety and teach children how to be safe when walking.
Parents, grandparents and care givers are encouraged to walk to school with their student on Oct. 2.
To participate, meet at the Orleans Town Square at 7:30 a.m. that morning.
